In-Person & Online Training will have certain distinct similarities and differences, highlighted below:

1-on-1 In Person Training

  • Custom programming catered to you and your individual goals.

  • Choice between 40-Minute or 60-Minute Sessions.

  • Gym equipment includes: Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Benches, Bands, Sandbags, Slam Balls, Rowers, Ski Erg’s, Treadmills and more!

  • Direct communication with coach outside of sessions through phone, email, or social media.

  • Guidance on nutrition and how to include the foods you love to eat into your lifestyle.

1-on-1 Online (Mobile) Training

  • Custom programming catered to you and your individual goals.

  • Programming will be delivered to you through a mobile app; Use the app to check what exercises have been scheduled for the day & log your progress.

  • Personal Feedback given on exercises through app after each session.

  • Weekly 15-Minute Check-in Call.

  • You will need access to your own gym of choice. (Any type of gym, regardless of equipment selection, I can make work fully).

  • Direct communication with coach outside of sessions through phone, email, or social media.

  • Guidance on nutrition and how to include the foods you love to eat into your lifestyle.

Meet Fallon Durkee, Your Coach

As a certified personal trainer under NASM and an avid participant in Powerlifting and CrossFit, I have both textbook and hands-on knowledge on how to create a sustainable and capable body. My knowledge encompasses strength training, metabolic conditioning, muscle building, general nutrition planning and lifestyle improvements.

My desire to help others achieve their health & fitness goals isn’t just professional, it is also deeply personal. I started just where you did - wanting to change but not knowing where to begin. Over the years I trained my body and mind to become stronger and more resilient through physical training, proper eating, and healthy habits. I know how important it is to create a strong foundation for yourself, and that is why I have dedicated my life to doing just that: helping others build themselves into the people they knew they could always become.
